Discuss this estimate
How the estimate is calculated

Add all POP capacities to determine one base tariff. Totals between packages use proportional pricing between the two approved references, up to 5 Gbps. The combined rate including BHP/USO components is rounded per Mbps to whole rupiah, following Garuda MRC invoice examples. VAT is calculated on the combined service value. Registration is charged once; installation applies only to new sites. No activation or change date is assumed.

BHP at 0.5% and USO at 1.25% are components of Garuda’s service price here, not separate tax payments by the partner. VAT is calculated as 12% × 11/12 of the service value, equivalent to 11%. Final treatment follows the written offer, agreement, and tax invoice.

Partnership information

Before you apply

Key information to help you prepare your service office plan.

Do I need company documents to get started?

No. Start with your full name and WhatsApp number. Company details are requested after coverage has been checked and metro connectivity, capacity, and the offer have been agreed.

How do I estimate 600 Mbps or 1.2 Gbps?

The published price list ends at 1 Gbps. Use the simulator for custom capacities, including 600 Mbps and 1.2 Gbps. It shows a proportional estimate with BHP, USO, VAT, and rounding components. Final pricing follows the written offer.

Can one application include multiple POPs?

Yes. Capacity at site 1, site 2, and any other POPs is combined to determine one MRC tariff. Installation increases with each new site; partnership registration is charged once. Installation and activation schedules are confirmed for each location.

What is paid before and after activation?

OTC is paid after signing the documents, before service preparation: Rp5,000,000 registration once for a new partner, Rp3,500,000 installation per new POP, and VAT according to the offer. MRC after activation: service charges based on combined capacity, including BHP/USO components and VAT. OTC does not count as MRC payment.

What is included in the standard office kit?

The standard kit includes a partner banner, 2 Garuda Akses office shirts, 2 STHNetwork technician shirts, and 2 ID cards. Shirt sizes and ID-card details are collected during fulfilment. Extra quantities are separately quoted add-ons.

Which documents does a service office receive?

The PKS is issued in two copies: one for the partner and one for Garuda Akses. Garuda’s APJII certificate, ISP licence, and SKLO are sent to the partner WhatsApp group. Each service office has its own registration number.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Submit a change request for the relevant POP. The team reviews technical readiness, metro terms, and commitment periods, agrees on the rate and effective date, then updates service and billing. A request alone does not change active capacity or existing invoices.

What about Jabodetabek and West Java pricing?

Pricing for both areas is coming soon. The Sumatra price list and simulator do not apply automatically. The team will check your address and prepare a regional offer.
